THE 2020 PDGM NATIONAL SUMMITS:
Key Insights, Best Practices &
Lessons Learned

12 Intensive, One-Day Educational Summits

MARCH – APRIL 2020  |  12 STRATEGICALLY LOCATED CITIES ACROSS THE COUNTRY

In 2019, the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) provided thousands of home health leaders across the country with the knowledge they needed to ensure their agencies made a smooth transition to the Patient-Driven Groupings Model (PDGM), the biggest change to home health payment in the 21st century.

With PDGM now impacting agencies, NAHC is assembling a team of experts focus on lessons learned; what’s working or not working and what some agencies are doing to thrive and how others can learn from them.

In addition to 12 one-day National Summits that will be held around the country in March and April, NAHC will host a series of Virtual Town Hall meetings to allow attendees to receive real-time updates and feedback on how PDGM is affecting the industry. The Town Halls will focus on subject matters such as:

  1. Revenue Cycle Management
  2. Episode Management
  3. Operational Changes Needed
  4. Therapy Utilization
  5. EMR Issues
  6. LUPAs
  7. RCD Impact
  8. Actual Behavior Changes
  9. Change Management Processes
